Bites Baking Company is committed to using the best natural ingredients.  The number one ingredient in our bestseller (the gourmet chocolate chip cookies) is not flour - it's premium dark chocolate chips!  And we never use hydrogenated oils (like shortening) in any of our products.

Diane founded Bites in 2008 after working hard to create the perfect chocolate chip cookie recipe.  She has been in the baking business for six years.

 

Favorite activities:

Playing with my kids, Georgia and Oskar, working out, being outside, and of course baking.

 

Favorite food:

Anything chocolate.  Seriously. 

 

Favorite TV show:

Survivor.  I also like a couple of other "reality shows," and my husband and I watch "The Office" together.

 

Favorite movie:

Gladiator
